Harvest Table POS policy

Privacy Policy

Effective Date: September 12, 2026 · Last Updated: September 12, 2026

Harvest Table POS respects the privacy of merchants, employees, customers, and website visitors whose information may be processed through our Services.

This Privacy Policy describes the categories of information Angel Software may collect or process, why we use it, how it may be disclosed, and the choices available regarding that information.

1. Information We May Process

Depending on use of the Services, Angel Software may process:

Account Information. Such as business name, location information, account contacts, email addresses, telephone numbers, usernames, and account settings.

Employee Information. Such as employee names, roles, permissions, identifiers, scheduling or operational information when Customer chooses to use applicable features.

Business Information. Such as products, items, prices, tax settings, inventory, locations, receipts, and operational configuration.

Transaction Information. Such as transaction amounts, products purchased, timestamps, discounts, taxes, payment status, refunds, and related transaction metadata.

Customer Information. Information a merchant chooses to collect through supported Harvest Table POS functionality.

Device and Technical Information. Such as device type, operating system, application version, device identifiers associated with the licensed-device allowance, IP information, diagnostics, logs, crash information, and security events.

Support Information. Information provided when contacting Angel Software for implementation, support, troubleshooting, or training.

Marketing Website Information. The current marketing website may generate ordinary hosting and platform request logs, such as IP address, request time, requested page, browser or device information, and security or error information. The current project does not add analytics, advertising pixels, tracking scripts, or marketing cookies. The site's routing framework uses necessary session storage to restore scroll position during navigation. Essential hosting and security systems may still process request information.

Support Portal Account and Ticket Information. The support portal at harvesttable.net/support stores a support account (email address, an optional name and shop name, and authentication records) and the support tickets created with it, including ticket subject, message text, status, priority, status-change history, and timestamps. This support database is separate from any point-of-sale location database. Support staff authorized by Angel Software can view tickets in order to answer them, and may add internal notes that are not shown to the customer. Email notifications for ticket activity are not enabled; ticket replies are shown in the portal.

Email Inquiry Information. The demo and quote helpers create a draft in the visitor's email application. Angel Software receives the visitor's email address and included details only when the visitor sends the message; the marketing website does not submit or store those field values itself.

Order Request Information. The order/quote request form at harvesttable.net/order submits and stores the information entered: business name, contact name, email address, optional telephone number, location city and state, number of locations, plan of interest, tablets per location, any described existing hardware or Square setup, desired timing, and any optional requirements, together with a submission timestamp, a reference number, a request status, and a one-way hashed value derived from the connection address that is used only to limit abusive submissions. This information is used to respond to the request, prepare a quote and Order Form, and keep a record of the inquiry. It is stored in the marketing website's own database, separate from any point-of-sale location database, is not publicly readable, and is accessible only to support staff authorized by Angel Software and to the systems operating the website. No payment card, bank, or password information is requested or intended to be submitted through this form, and submitting the form is not a payment or a contract.

2. Payment Information

Harvest Table POS integrates with supported third-party payment processors such as Square.

Payment-card processing is performed through supported payment systems.

Harvest Table POS is not intended to directly store full payment-card numbers or CVV/security codes in ordinary Harvest Table POS business-data fields.

Payment processors may independently collect and process payment information under their own privacy policies and agreements.

For information a Customer collects from its employees or consumers through Harvest Table POS, Customer may independently have privacy and legal responsibilities regarding notices, consent, retention, and lawful use.

5. Disclosure of Information

Angel Software may disclose information to service providers that help operate the Services. Depending on the configured service, these may include:

  • Lovable for website hosting and development services

6. Sale of Personal Information

Angel Software does not sell merchant POS personal information or use it for targeted advertising. Service providers may process information to deliver the requested services under applicable agreements.

7. Data Security

Angel Software uses administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information appropriate to the nature of the Services.

Measures may include access controls, encryption, secure communications, logging, configured backup or recovery capabilities, least-privilege access, credential protection, software updates, and security monitoring.

No system can guarantee absolute security.

Customers are responsible for securing their own devices, accounts, networks, passwords, employee access, and third-party accounts.

8. Data Retention

Retention periods depend on the type of information, the purpose for which it was collected, contractual requirements, legal and accounting obligations, security needs, disputes, fraud prevention, and the capabilities of configured service providers. Angel Software retains information for periods reasonably necessary to:

  • Provide the Services
  • Maintain business and transaction records
  • Meet contractual obligations
  • Resolve disputes
  • Maintain security
  • Prevent fraud
  • Comply with law
  • Complete applicable backup, recovery, and deletion processes

Contact info@montyohana.net within 30 days after expiration or termination to request assistance obtaining supported business records. Available self-service report exports cover the displayed data; additional export scope and secure delivery are coordinated with support. Requests received within this window will be handled before routine deletion of the requested records, subject to legal and security requirements. This does not promise continuous login access or a complete automated database export.

Support portal accounts and support tickets are retained while the support relationship is active and for a reasonable period afterward for service history, dispute, security, and legal purposes. Email info@montyohana.net to request deletion of a support account or its tickets; deletion from active systems does not necessarily erase every retained copy or service-provider backup immediately.

Some information may be retained longer where required for legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, or service-provider backup purposes. Deletion from active systems does not necessarily erase every retained copy or backup immediately.

Backup and recovery capabilities depend on the hosting configuration for the location. Unless expressly documented in an Order Form, no specific backup frequency, retention period, recovery time or recovery point is promised. Available report exports are not a complete backup of the location database or uploaded files. Customers should retain copies of records they must keep.

9. Data Rights and Requests

Depending on applicable law and the individual's relationship with Angel Software, individuals may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of personal information and to exercise applicable opt-out rights. Angel Software will not discriminate against a person for exercising an applicable privacy right.

Email Angel Software with the subject “Privacy request” and describe the request. Angel Software may verify identity and authority using information reasonably related to the account or request, but will not ask for passwords or payment-card information.

Consumers whose records were collected by a merchant through Harvest Table POS should generally contact that merchant first because the merchant controls the relationship and determines how the records are used. Angel Software will assist the merchant or consumer as appropriate under applicable law and contract.

Angel Software will respond within the period required by applicable law. Where the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act applies, Angel Software will respond within 45 days after receiving the request; any legally permitted extension will be communicated within that initial period with the reason for the extension.

To appeal a denied request, email Angel Software with the subject “Privacy appeal” and explain the basis for the appeal.

Where Texas law applies, a person may also submit a consumer privacy complaint to the Texas Attorney General.

10. Children

Harvest Table POS is a business service and is not directed to children for independent consumer use.

Customers are responsible for complying with laws applicable to information they collect through their businesses.

11. Third-Party Services

Harvest Table POS may contain links or integrations with third-party services such as Square.

Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

Angel Software is not responsible for independent third-party privacy practices.

12. International or Out-of-State Processing
